Wilfred’s: a Non-Alcoholic Spritz, without the Aperol spritz calories

We became increasingly frustrated by the uninspired, overly sweet and often unhealthy non-alcoholic options available, both at home and when out. So we decided something had to be done. Read our story here.

And so started our quest to reinvent a drink for the new era of drinkers, a drink that captured all the complexity of the greats but without the alcohol. We unwittingly found ourselves reinventing the spritz

But Wilfred’s isn’t just recreating a non alcoholic aperol spritz. Wilfred’s is its own uniquely crafted blend of distilled and extracted natural botanicals, made with zesty bitter orange, aromatic rosemary and just a hint of rhubarb. In fact, founder Chris Wilfred Hughes spent over 18 months of experimentation and more than 100 unique recipes to get Wilfred’s just right for the perfect Spritz.

Made without booze, without the aperol spritz calories (Wilfred’s contains only 21 calories per 50ml serving), and using only natural botanicals.
